Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required — start it from your dashboard and begin monitoring immediately. The trial is for Pro only; for a Business evaluation, contact our team.
What happens when I reach my domain limit?
You will be prompted to upgrade when you try to add a domain beyond your plan limit. Domains you already monitor keep being checked and alerted on — including after a trial ends with more domains than the Free plan allows — but you cannot add another until you are back under the limit or upgrade.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Choose a plan on this page and check out. You can also start the 14-day Pro trial from your dashboard first. For Enterprise, contact us and our team will set it up with you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pro and Business are paid self-serve by UPI AutoPay or card through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, in Indian rupees or US dollars. Enterprise is invoiced directly by our team.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. It renews at the same price every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.
What is your refund policy?
Subscription payments are non-refundable, so we recommend starting with the free Pro trial. A charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge, is refunded in full. The details are in our Refund Policy at certnotify.com/refund.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared with paying monthly.
