Refund Policy

1. Payments are non-refundable

CertNotify is a product of Mallah Software Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Pro and Business subscriptions are sold online and billed in advance, monthly or yearly.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes the first payment, every renewal, any unused part of a billing period, and time left on a plan when you cancel or move to a different plan. Please use the free Pro trial to decide whether CertNotify suits you before you subscribe.

2. Automatic renewal and how to cancel

A subscription renews automatically at the same price, every month or every year, until you cancel. Your bank or UPI app notifies you before each renewal is debited.

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Cancel renewal, or by revoking the mandate in your UPI app or with your card issuer. Cancelling stops all future charges straight away. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the account then moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not refund the current period.

3. Charges made in error

If you are charged twice for the same period, charged after you cancelled, or charged because of a technical fault on our side, we will refund that charge in full to the original payment method. Email support@certnotify.com within 30 days of the charge with the payment date and amount. Approved refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Failed renewals

If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active for a short grace period while it is retried. If it still cannot be collected, the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is charged for the time the plan was not paid for.

5. Currency

Subscriptions are charged in Indian rupees (INR) or US dollars (USD), as shown at checkout. Prices shown in other currencies on the Pricing page are a guide. Currency conversion and foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are not refundable by us.

6. The free Pro trial

Each account may activate one 14-day Pro trial, once. It needs no payment method and costs nothing. When it ends, the account returns to the Free plan automatically, with nothing to cancel.

7. Enterprise

Enterprise plans are arranged directly with Mallah Software Services Private Limited. Their price, billing, cancellation and refund terms are agreed in writing, and those written terms apply instead of this page.
