Refund Policy

1. We do not currently take payment

CertNotify is a product of Mallah Software Services Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Online checkout is not yet available on CertNotify. No card details are collected, no charge is ever made, and no paid subscription can presently be purchased through the site.

It follows that there is nothing to refund. If you believe you have been charged by anyone claiming to be CertNotify, that charge did not originate from us — please contact us immediately at support@certnotify.com so we can help you report it.

2. The free Pro trial

Each account may activate one 14-day Pro trial, once. It requires no payment method and costs nothing. When it ends, your account returns to the Free plan automatically — there is no subscription to cancel and no invoice to settle.

Domains beyond the Free plan's limit are not deleted when a trial ends. They remain in your account and stop being actively monitored until you are back within the limit.

3. Business and Enterprise

Business and Enterprise plans are arranged directly with us rather than bought online. Price, currency, billing period, cancellation and any refund arrangements are agreed in writing with Mallah Software Services Private Limited before any payment is taken. Those written terms govern the arrangement, and this page does not limit them.

4. Prices shown on the site

The figures on our Pricing page indicate our intended pricing and are shown in your local currency for convenience. They are not a live offer and no amount is charged. Prices may change before online payment is introduced.

5. When paid plans launch

Before online payment becomes available, this page will be replaced with a complete refund policy covering the payment methods we accept, the refund window, how to request a refund, and processing times. Existing users will be notified by email before any charge could apply to them, and no account will be charged without an explicit new purchase.
